? What's so funny? If you pay for an item you have the right to get it in excellent condition. If they F* up than they better replace the items IF it's lost indeed and not just delayed. And me thinks they want to keep Marcel. I mean he's the reason I know about the site and got my EJO through him for example and I'm sure there are others who got it that way. So I don't think it will be a problem to replace it. I wish every company had the same service a www.play.com. If it get's lost they replace it. |

Just got word that my other 5 photos were send over a month ago! *GRBL*$#!@! !!! Some motherfucker stole it in the mail. They were actually stupid enough to write: "signed photos" on the custom tag and send them in a comapany envelope (with the Battlestar Galactica logo). Duh! Hoping to get new ones again... You paid for it, besides you're a good customer so I don't think it will be a problem. It's their mistake but are you sure it isn't delayed? I got something TTM once which was stamped 29th of april and I got it like 1 and a half months later! from the UK  ......... Uhmmm... NO! That was the trick. These were FREE. Didn't pay for them so how can you ask for new ones if you got them for free in the first place: "Can I get new ones for free again?" They would check for me, but I'll be lucky to get anything again. But what stupid ass decides to use a studio envelope WITH BSG logo and write "signed photos" on the envelope!!! That was plain stupid. |

Thanks Joel. I had just found this on Dark Thoughts Battlestar Galactica.
Now I need the guys at BSGauto's to get it signed for me...else I have to mail back and forth three times. With as long as they take, the series will be over by then.

Thanks! That's a nice site, though I still prefer writing to them TTM because I get to pick what photo to send, and I also enjoy the responses I get back from them. |
