Kaylee (Jewel Staite) is hot, she was great in Firefly! She was my favorite on the show, loved her character... But then came Serenity and I was totally in love with River Tam (Summer Glau)! Her martial arts and shoot 'm up finish did it for me. She was always kind of weird, but that I liked.

Funny thing was that Inara was supposed to be the ultimate "socialator" ( ), but I thought she was the least attractive of the bunch!

Don't know if you have seen the thing we did on dvd.nl with Kostas, but we followed him to another forum and just went on. Only this time the crew wasn't charmed of our actions

Yesterday I went to the Metallica concert in Arnhem. It was the fourth time I saw them, but this time is was absolutely awesome! They played a few songs (Wherever I may roam, The Unforgiven and Fuel to name some of them). And then kame the big surprise: To celebrate the 20sth anniversary of the Master of Puppets album, they played the complete album, every song in exactly the order as they appear on the album! OMFG it was great! Since this show was part of the 'Escape from the studio '06'-tour, I was the witness of something truly unique. This tour consists of only 15 shows, and problaby these are the only shows ever were they will play the entire album! Then, they played Sad But True, Nothing else matters, One (with lots of fireworks), Enter Sandman, Die die my darling and finally: Seek and destroy. And after more than 2,5 hours the concert ended. Lars Ulrich promised us they will release a new album next year, and of course they will tour again. Hope to see them next year again!

Tres cool Harry.
I've seen them about 3 times now, and ever time they were amazing. I really think they are the best live band I have ever seen (and I have seen many).
Still not my favorite music, not my favorite band, not my favorite concert. But I can't deny they are really really good.
I'm sure you had a kick ass time.
How were the support acts?

How were the support acts? There were three support acts: Trivium, Bullet for my valentine and Avenged sevenfold. I had never seen one of them before. Trivium was the first of them to play. I liked their performance, they had cool songs. The only thing that was really frustrating was that the volume of the bass-guitar was way to loud in comparison with the rest of the band. Bullet for my valentine just sucked. They did perform well, just not my cup of tea. Avenged Sevenfold wasn't my cup of tea either, although some of their songs sounded cool. And their drummer was outstanding!

Awsome Harry! You witnessed something very unique indeed! I saw Metallica live once. On Fields of Rock 2003 in Nijmegen. That show was also totally awsome and it looked like the entire population of Holland had come to see that performance that day. A HUGE crowd!
