Went to Vulkon this weekend. Had 6 main Trek Actors sign several cast shots. They were: LeVar Burton, Linda Park, Connor Trinneer, Anthony Montgomery, Robert Duncan McNeil & Ethan Phillips.
My cast shots are now signed as follows:

Yep, I'm doing my best. 4 more to go. But my TNG will have 6 out of 7 after LFCC.

I've met them all except for LeVarBurton but unforunately they're not on the same crewphoto. Only found one suitable TNG crew pic when I was already halfway. So now I have to half crewphotos complete and a couple of portraitshots D'OH
About Voyager: too bad Jeri Ryan doesn't do a lot of conventions. As a matter of fact I can't recall the last one she did. I hope she will come o an event in the neighbourhood soon.

I know Martine, that is too bad, as I am a huge Voyager fan. But that's why I got the cast shot with Jennifer Lien, as she occasionaly signs. Not much, but more than Ryan.

Yeah Jennifer was at the last Expo (or the one before that) where they also had Edward Furlong. I like Voyager but I prefer DS9 all the way!!!! Unfortunately also the trek show I've met the least of the main cast from.
I couldn't find a decent crew photo of the early seasons. It's quite difficult to get good quality crew photos for any Star Trek series witht he exception of Enterprise.
Do you collect al series? If so which are still missing from your collection?

I do collect all series, but so far I haven't met anyone from The Original Series or Deep Space Nine. Hope to change that soon. But for TOS I won't get a cast shot, as I will never complete it. Maybe a semi-cast shot.

Boy I can remember when you could buy a TOS cast signed photo for $1,000. Now I've seen it for $4,000.
I met Alexander Siddig at a con once. A really, really nice guy. I had a cast photo signed by him, but it was such crappy quality that I doubt I could even give it away.

Maybe a semi-cast shot. Same here on the DS9 front. Well, of the main cast that is. I've met around 15 or so but the problem is that the cast of DS9 with characters who actually have stuff to do is HUGE! It's going to take me forever plus they don't attend cons in Europe that much. I'm hoping in more cast members soon. Are you going to the LondonExpo by any chance? With Walter Koenig, Nicole DeBoer etc... I have met all the now living cast members of TOS (so no Deforest and Doohan unfortunately  ) For that reason I never started a cast shot either. I don't mind my Enterprise missing Bakula for example (it's just one name) although there's still a slim chance in the future. Ever thought of going to a Creation Star Trek event? That will cover a whole sh!tload (pardon my french) of Trek guests all at once. Their Las Vegas line ups are GOOD! |

Martine,
I wouldn't count out Bakula completely. He's not old, and when the acting dries up he'll realize what a gravy train signing auto's is and will eventually go for the money. But it might take a few years...

Oh yeah, I'm pretty sure Bakula is do-able. I know he has done some theatre work too.
I'm not going to the London Expo. That weekend is also my birthday, it's the weekend I'm coming home from America and it's Dutch Star Con. I'm pretty sure Allo Allo actors don't sign as much as Trek actors.
