Yes and (a bit) no.
I have just watched some of it (in total it's 4 DVDs) and the contents are documentaries. At least one of them has been on the Sci-Fi channel I believe....

So:
yes, the DVDs are not official releases...but the content is kinda official.

DISC ONE

Episode III UK Premiere (Running Time - 22 mins.) Interviews with all the stars of Revenge of the Sith at the London premiere in Leicester Square, as well as behind-the-scenes footage from the set of Revenge of the Sith!

Feel the Force (Running Time - 45 mins.) Presented by C3-PO and R2-D2, this documentary is an amazing collection of interviews with the Saga's cast and crew as well as a host of celebrity fans of the movies such as Gail Porter, Johnny Vegas, Eamon Holmes etc.
Includes some great 'behind-the-scenes' footage from the filming of the Star Wars movies, seen for the first time!

Unsung Heroes (Running Time - 21 mins.) A series of 9 short interviews (2 to 3 minutes each) with the cast and crew behind Star Wars, such as costume designer John Mollo, Boba Fett actor Jermey Bulloch and 2 stuntmen who played the part of Stormtroopers in the movies etc.

DISC TWO

Generation Jedi (Running Time - 55 mins.) A unique look into how the Star Wars movies have had an impact on the lives of an entire generation of fans.
Dermott O'Leary recounts how major events in his childhood were influenced by the Star Wars movies and asks other fans their opinions of the Star Wars phenomenon.
Includes a great interview with Dave Prowse (the actor who played Darth Vader) where he tells how an argument with George Lucas led to him being 'frozen out' after filming ended on Return of the Jedi!

From Star Wars to Star Wars : The Story of Industrial Light & Magic (Running Time - 44 mins.) A fascinating look at the history of Industrial Light & Magic, George Lucas' award-winning special effects team and their revolutionary work in the movie industry.
Samuel L. Jackson presents this exciting look at the secrets behind blockbusters such as Terminator 2, Jurassic Park, Men in Black etc.
The show's main focus however, is on Star Wars Episode I : The Phantom Menace.

The documentaries then examine the 3 actor's careers AFTER Star Wars and asks why some of them have fallen victim to typecasting, whilst others' careers have flourished.
Includes some great footage from the 70's including the famous Star Wars screen-tests!

When Star Wars Ruled the World' is an amazing documentary which goes behind the scenes of the original Star Wars Trilogy.

It contains lots of previously unseen footage recorded on-set during the 3 films' productions, providing a rare insight into how these movies were made.

I have personally seen just about every other Star Wars 'Making Of' feature, and I was amazed by the sheer quantity of NEW stuff in this documentary - including stuff that's not included in the Bonus 4th disc from the DVD Box Set! (See screen-caps below)

The stars of the original Trilogy such as Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher recall amusing stories from the movies' production in a series of interviews, whilst key members of crew provide an insight into the production difficulties which they faced. The documentary also takes a look at the world of Star Wars super-fans and the influence which the movies has had on their lives.

Soon there's also coming a Dutch Extended and Recut version in a steelbook. I'm still doubting if I should also buy that one, at the moment I have:

Sin City Limited Edition R3 with notebook and photos
Sin City L.E. R2NL with sleeve
Sin City Recut & Extended R1 with comicbook

Think that 4 editions is a little bit to much
