Ok, I got 2 mails lately of people asking where we got the date FACTS will be held (7 october).
Since I don't know (I didn't place the date on this board) I and some other folks like to know where this date comes from...any source?

Well, to start off FACTS has been a two day convention for the last eight years or so, so I would be very surprised if it would only be held for one day this year ...
Secondly, I got from a very reliable source that the date you suggest is not correct.

You are right that it's a 2 day convention. The date mentioned on their site is just the start date, so then it would be 7 & 8 October. When I posted it I didn't realise that at the moment. My mistake  Secondly, I got from a very reliable source that the date you suggest is not correct. Well that's not my fault. I did not suggest anything, I got it from the official FACTS site.
If this date is incorrect they shouldn't have posted it on the site and they should change it to the correct date.
But to be honest I can't understand why they would put up a wrong date on their own site, but that's just my 2 cents |

I took another look at the site just a couple of minutes ago and guess what:
They changed the date ;D
I guess that makes the date: 14 & 15 October 2006
