Man the layout of his website sucks. It looks like they just threw all the pictures, columns, and links up in the air and wherever it landed, that's how they designed it.
Looking at the "current events" I don't see anything scheduled. I'll check back...

I'd wish they made this in poster size: That one is the best of what I've seen because none of the other posters have ample signing room for anyone it seems, whereas this one has room for the main cast and the supporting cast as well.

The official site has been selling this for ages ($225/9 sigs, so that's just $25/sig including Olmos and McDonnell). But it's a normal 8x10, not a poster.

This one is also cool: COMING SOON! Very limited quantities available! Official Companion book signed by Edward James Olmos, Mary McDonnell, Michael Hogan, Jamie Bamber, Katee Sackhoff, Tricia Helfer, James Callis, Grace Park, Aaron Douglas, Nicki Clyne, Tahmoh Penikett, Lucy Lawless, Richard Hatch, Kandyse McClure, Alessandro Juliani & creators David Eick and Ron Moore! (accepting pre-orders) $350 (that's just $20/signature, so I think we probably won't get a worse deal on these fully signed posters, right?!?!

Joel,
I have been looking for that in poster size for quite a while. I've only seen it available in 11x17. I like this image best, as it has most of the cast.
Which brings me to my next point. I got this very 11x17 print in the mail today. I ordered it over 2.5 months ago. It was meant for Martine to take to the con next weekend, but I really doubt I could mail it to her and get it to her in time.
The card stock is almost as thick as a lobby card, so you can't roll it and send it in a tube.
What sucks is I just ordered another one today. What a coincidence. Wait 2.5 months for it, and it comes on the same day I order one from a different company.
If somebody wants one, let me know...
It doesn't seem quite big enough for all the main & supporting cast to sign. If they sign small maybe. But you can see all the sigs on a 8x10, so imagine you could add a few more for an 11x17. The quality does look really good in person though.

Marcel,
The big cast signed photo has been on back order on their site for a long time. Wonder if they will ever fill it.
$350 for all those signatures? Not interested in a book, but if they can get me those on a poster, then where do I sign up???

@mike: yeah I know it has a terrible lay- out, that's why I never bother to look into it. You should offer him to redo his site in exchange for autographs lol . And about Mary McDonnell, she did shore leave this july, a "fan'' run convention, Creation, she was supposed to do GenCon but had to cancel due to shooting schedule etc so I think it's save to say she's very doable. Hmm we should spam the SM forums now. By the way, this is the exact image I have of my megaphoto/ print. It's about 50x 70 centimetres or something like that. There's enough room to get the others on it (non main cast) but it also misses the general logo like on the posterprint Mike has, so I don't know what to do. Shall I just put the others on it as well? Mind you I do have the eye poster in full size now to get them on there as well.

Hmm we should spam the SM forums now. Why so far away? Why not spam Utopia forum! ;D ;D ;D (I love to have a drink with her in the bar... )

Slim chance also it would have been there before next weekend when you would have shpped today anyway... It takes 5-7 workdays to arrive. Fastest I ever had from the US was 3 days, but usually it's 5.

Nah, I meant to ship it today and send it to either her hotel in England or the hotel at the con. But I wouldn't know how to get payment to her other than Paypal, which would take her time to get, and then she'd have to get pounds.
And Mary doing Shore Leave is a big shock to me. I've been watching that site, and only Jamie Bamber and Kent McCord were scheduled. So I'm disappointed I missed out her appearance...
Martine, that's a tough one. You could get their sigs on your already signed photo, but then what do you do with the poster? But if you get your poster signed, then do you mail it in to iconographs for their signing and get the main cast sigs again?

Eh monday? I'm leaving on the thursday but I need the stuff earlier, like this wednesday so if I miss the mailman I can still get packages at the postoffice. I don't use PayPal and it would be too much of a hassle to get money on time this short before the event. I barely have enough to make it through London for the rest of the week so can't loan you the money, sorry Mike.
Anyways about the poster, I'still want my full size eye poster to be signed by as many cast members as possible but I won't send it to the private signing because the photos of the characters aren't on it so it's not a big thing if EJO and Hogan aren't on it (although it would be very nice).
The other posterprint however, I'm not sure about. I don't exactly have money right now to ship my cast poster off to Iconographs although it would be awesome to have that one complete, but yet on the other hand I want to do them In Person myself. I have a bit of hope left that I'll be able to meet EJO someday, it be a public appearance it be a convention? (never say never, although I'm not seeing him do it any time soon)
Dilemma's, dilemma's.....
They probably don't have the money to pull it off otherwise they would have gotten another big Trek name first.

Martine,
No problem. I know it's tough when you have to convert currency. Thanks anyway.
You do have some choices to make about the photo & poster.

I got an email from Iconographs:
Julie says they are putting the final list together now. She says they should be 6-8 weeks to get it all done since they are promoting it ahead of time. Prices are $20-$35 depending on the actor and if you want personalization.
I emailed back and asked:
A) What's the price range without personalization. B) Will they offer any type of discount for ordering all or the majority of the actors. C) Can they obtain or create a poster sized (27x40) of the majority of the cast like the one Joel and I are talking about.

They also said that there would be a discount to the prices if you took several actors at once on the same photo.
