I sent mine the 9th of March, so it's close to 10 weeks, I think you'll get yours soon as well.

I've sent mine 2 weeks ago. Weird thing is: A couple of months ago I requested the adress on his website. 2 Weeks ago I did it again and I got a different adress. So now I've sent mine to the most recent adress that I've got.
