On your photo you can't see if it's marker that she signed the photo with. At Robert's photo it is clearly visible that it's a marker.

Preprints are actually quite easy to spot. Just hold the picture under a light and check if the ink is solid black or has purplish glow over it. Markers have a purple shine. Now if it's not a PP it could be an autopen as they usually use markers for those too, so then you'd have to check it against other examples.

If it was a PP, I don't think they'd take the time to print up that many different photos.
