Sure, lets announce guests 11 months ahead of time when we haven't a clue what their shooting schedules might be by then.

But with that said, he played a scrub part in BSG ep Greetings From Earth and I still need him.

Utopia is cool. They don't decieve public with backstabbing tactics and what not. They are honest and a charitable foundation.

And if he does show up I'll be at Utopia so you know where to send your poster to LOL.

So why is this the last event? Are the number of visitors too low?

Because after 8 years they have had enough of it? It's charity so they don't make money out of it and have to organize it on the side. It's a lot of hard work. I can understand that people don't want to do that for the rest of their lives.

and also I think because of the changing climate in events. There have been across the board a LOT of cancellations over the past few years. Utopia had it's fair share, and that must be frustrating for the organisers. And in a whole other league than the frustration for the visitors. I mean, here you are, you've been arranging a guests stay, flight, payment, and then two days before the event he/she calls to say "I can't come". I'm sure all of them have had valid reasons, but it must be awful to keep getting that.

Arranging this is these people's hobby, and when it's not enough fun anymore, you have to stop.
