Problem is that he personalised it to Dom and there was a problem with the inkt.  Is it a real photo and no inktjet kind of printout? If yes, you can try to clean it up with white spirit (aceton). Just dip some soft cotton (or a "wattenstaafje"  and you can brush it straight off. If it's an inktjet kind of print out you'll remove the ink as well so try on a corner first. You can also try to remove by rubbing the ink off with some dry and soft cloth. I can't get any worse then this. First try a small part, if it works you can really clean it and have a decent photo again! |

Very true,
I have occasionaly gotten some ink off a picture just by using a wet cloth. For instance George Lopez signed once in silver, and that didn't work - and once in black. So I rubbed out the silver one.

He had a car accident several years ago. He isn't in a wheelchair but in a mobilhome (or whatever they call those thing).
About my picture: It is printed on photopaper but with an inktjet printer so I guess it would make it worse.

Most definitely would make things worse...I've tried it with a waste photopaper pic, and the inkjet ink does come off...
