Yesterday collected after a long wait in the cold.... But not even sure if she wrote the autograph in person, because her manager spread about 8 signed pictures amongst the waiting people. I was one of them who was lucky. Suddenly Nana stood behind us and then all the people crowded around her (also lots of old ladies hahah) She wanted to get in the bus a.s.a.p. and shaked lots of hands with the one which wasnot holding the flowers. She said 'no photos!' but I already took the one which is shown below. Having signed anything was impossible because she was faster than you could imagine and was already in the bus.... So, I donot know if I have a original Nana Mouskouri signature or a printed one or a 'poolboy'sign or busdriver-sign?! Anyway, it was fun to be amongs Nana Mouskouri fans, there was even a lookalike! and I took a nice picture.

haha!! You don't know who she is?! Sorry, first reaction.... She is a world-famous female singer who sold millions of records. But I can imagine that if you are 20 or younger you donot know her, because she was succesful in past times, mainly the seventies and eighties and recorded a lot of records. At the moment she does her last tour before her retirement. Maybe you can ask your parents.

I'm 23 and I know who he is. Most famous female Greek singer ever. Most famous male would be Demis Roussos. He hee. Maybe the fact that I work in a record store helps.
Did you go to the concert too BJ? if so, how was it?

ha,ha! nope... not my taste in music, but the fact that this is a worldfamous star I certainly took the chance of getting the autograph. But the fact that the concert was sold out says something about her starstatus after almost 30 years of career..... I doubt if the Idols-stars will get this far and be remembered and popular after such a long time..... This because I witnessed the visit of one of the finalists of Idols in my hometown last weekend, what a madness!!!!

I think it's horrible that Idols crushed the winter olympics in the ratings. One shows a smug jackass cutting down on people, and the other is the absolute best athletes in the world. It really says something about the US culture...
