My BIG Sig Hunting Trip

Well guys, the time has finally come. Tonight, just before midnight, I'm leaving for Hollywood for a week. And when I get back I hope that not only my touristy needs will be fulfilled (Walk of Fame, Hollywood Sign, Universal Studios, J Paul Getty Museum), but also my sighunting needs.

Okay, I found out that Sig-hunting in LA can be very fulfilling, very tiring and also very annoying.

On the days that I had like 5 events a day, I ended up not getting any at all. On other days I got more than I expected. I got some big ones too. But the most important thing I learned is this:

Silver Sharpies Suck.

They dry out too quickly, my Alfred Molina sig is barely visible. But, I know it's there.

So I ended up with these:

Yeah, silver sharpies can be good and bad.

For dark posters and good quality photos, they work very well.

But for certain printouts, like from photojet printers, the ink flakes off or won't stick very well.

And the ink does dry out quick...

I'm leaving for New York today, will be there for about a week.

Of course I'm doing the Broadway shows. Some book signings and maybe a Letterman taping or two.
