lol,
Yeah, I do see the Reeves thing. I'm surprised you didn't get a grab of him with his hair dyed red.
No, can't spot me in that pic. Was a different scene not shown on the featurette. If you go back and watch this scene though, you'll see several dummies (i.e. not real people) among that crowd. They couldn't get enough extras, so had to use manequins.

I'm surprised you didn't get a grab of him with his hair dyed red. Like this you mean? He actually plays the guy who he's talking with, in the movie btw.

Matthew looks like a crossing between John Travolta and Keanu Reeves here ;D An old version of Robin van Persie

Yeah, that's what I meant. Red actually plays a coach for another team in the movie.

It's official: 'We Are Marshall' to premiere at Keith-Albee
By Justin McElroy The Herald-Dispatch
Matt Hempel/The Herald-Dispatch
Exactly what the worldwide premiere of "We Are Marshall" will look like is beginning to become clearer.
On Wednesday, Keith Spears, vice president of communications for Marshall University, released a few more details surrounding the premiere of the film, which tells the story of a rebuilding year after a 1970 plane crash killed much of that year's Thundering Herd football team and several community members.
For one, it has been confirmed that the premiere will take place at the Keith-Albee Theatre, which is hurriedly being renovated in time for the event on Dec. 12. The plan is for all of the stars of the film, including Matthew McConaughey, Matthew Fox and David Strathairn, to be in attendance to stroll down the green carpet which will take the place of the traditional red.
Spears said that he hoped to have tickets go on sale in October, a process that will be difficult until the school understands exactly what the configuration of the newly-remodeled theater will be.
"One of the issues is, obviously, that you have to know what seats there are before you can sell tickets," Spears said.
Ticket prices for the event have not been set in stone, but Spears said that there will be a range of tickets, all of which will likely be in the "hundreds of dollars" range.
That price will also get movie-goers into a formal gala that will be held in a separate venue that has not been settled as of yet.
Spears said that the funds would go to benefit the Keith-Albee renovation and other performing arts functions of the school. He also said that Marshall would be commissioning an artist to design a commemorative souvenir ticket for the Keith-Albee premiere.
Another simultaneous premiere has been rumored for the nearby Marquee Cinemas in Pullman Square, something that is not being ruled out.
"If the need arises, we will certainly hope to have overflow venues," Spears said.

From the Marshall University newspaper:
Student premiere tickets to go on sale Sales begin Monday in Student Affairs office Jeremy Edwards Issue date: 11/1/06 Section: News
The details for the "We Are Marshall" student movie premiere have been out for weeks and students will now be able to buy their discounted premiere package.
Student movie premiere packages for "We Are Marshall" go on sale at 8 a.m. Monday in the Student Affairs office, Room 2W38 of the Memorial Student Center. The package will cost $40.
The package includes a long sleeved T-shirt, entrance onto the Fourth Avenue green carpet in front of the Keith-Albee, a ticket for the Marquee Cinemas showing and a ticket to the after party in the grand ballroom of the Radisson hotel in downtown Huntington.
Student Government Association President Ben Sandy said he is anticipating high demand for the packages.
"There are approximately 590 tickets available, so I expect many of them to be sold by the end of the week," Sandy said. "Everyone I talk to concerning the project seems to like the idea and is willing to pay the $40 for the package. Personally I think it is a great deal."
Students will need to present their Marshall ID to purchase a package, get into the Marquee and the after party.
Sandy said this is a student premiere and he wants only students in attendance.
"We want this exclusive package to be available to only Marshall students, and we're preparing to do anything we feel necessary to ensure that Marshall students are the only people in attendance," Sandy said. "By showing your ID and ticket at each event, we're making sure that only Marshall students can get in."
There is one package sold per Marshall ID. Each student will be able to have two Marshall IDs if he or she is purchasing a package for another student.
The movie at the Marquee will begin at 8 p.m., Dec.12. Sandy said security will be tight at Marquee Cinemas so students should arrive early so their bags and personal belongings can be searched.
Two theaters have been reserved for students. The movie is about two hours and 10 minutes long.
The after party at the Radisson will begin after the movie about 10:30 p.m. and will last until 1 a.m. Sandy said hot and cold foods and a cash bar will be available.
So do you get the impression that you have to buy the ticket to stand in front of the entrance for a chance of signing? I have a student id, so I'm going to try to get a ticket for the event.

Matthew Fox will be on Regis & Kelly, then MTV Total Request Live on Monday Dec. 11th. They tape the show at 3:30pm.
The Marshall Premiere in Huntington is on Dec. 12th.
So this means that he could fly out to Huntington and get there late that night, or the next morning or afternoon. Really cuts down my trips to the airport. Assuming he doesn't go to the airport that's slightly bigger and 50 miles west of the city.

Tough choice where to go... can't you get any info about flights or something through somebody at the airport or something? Didn't you know someone who's working at the airport?

Well my wife's a travel agent, but neither she nor I can get passenger information for the airports.
I think though that it's much more likely that he will be in Huntington. I can go there the night before, the morning and afternoon of the premiere and still have time to get to the green carpet.
